Submit MPC Bug Report

If you've discovered a bug in your MPC, you can report it to us on this page, where it will be added to the public bug list on MPC-Tutor.com - this way, other MPC users can be aware of all known bugs and any possible workarounds. We will also submit this bug list to Akai on a regular basis to ensure that Akai are fully aware of all reported issues.

Please note that we only accept bug reports for the MPCs currently being made and supported by Akai (MPC5000, 1000, 2500, 500). Please do not submit bug reports for third party operating systems such as JJ OS; these bug reports should be sent directly to the developers themselves.

Before reporting, make sure your bug hasn't already been submitted on the public MPC bug list! Also, please ensure your MPC is running the most recent official OS firmware. We will not publish bug reports for old operating system versions - please first update your OS to the latest version and then check to see if the bug has already been fixed.

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to verify all bugs submitted, as many involve specific hardware/software set ups that we cannot recreate. Therefore, we offer this list purely as information only and accept no responsibility for any bugs incorrectly reported.

Finally, please remember that we can't offer any hope that any of the reported bugs may be fixed - we are not affiliated to Akai in any way, so all we can do is collect all bug reports and keep our fingers crossed!
